Easter Bunny Letter Older Child Questions

The Easter Bunny knows that older children have questions about believing in a rabbit that lays chocolate eggs, so in this printable letter to be mailed to the child, the Easter Bunny encourages older boys and girls to be Easter helpers for Mom and Dad instead.

Easter Bunny Letter Older Child Questions

Text of the letter:

Dear Sally,

My sources are telling me that you are getting to be a big kid who's growing up fast and learning lots of new things. While my surveillance isn't nearly as good as Santa's (I don't know how he sees you when you're sleeping and knows when you're awake), I hear you've been having some questions about me.

You've probably noticed that your mom and dad have a lot to do with the eggs being hidden on Easter and all the candy you get in your basket. Well, I'm going to let you in on a little secret: they're my special helpers. I work all year long to get all of these beautiful eggs colored and all this chocolate shaped like bunnies. It's hard work! So sometimes I ask moms and dads to give me a break and do some of that extra work for me.

Now that you're getting older, maybe you can help me, too! While you can talk to your parents about your questions, let the little kids continue believing in me and the magic of Easter!

Maybe you can help them by letting them find some of the Easter eggs during the egg hunt, too. I know you've become a patient and helpful kid, so keep it up!

Love,

The Easter Bunny
